2 MOLDS RJM is a tooling house that has been in the business of making composite and machined metal molds for the aerospace and commercial industry since It has an extensive history of fabricating some of the most complex shaped molds for aircraft ECS ducting, aircraft interior linings and aircraft exterior panels. MODERN and TRADITIONAL RJM uses both modern CNC equipment and processes, as well as traditional craftsman tooling techniques to achieve the desired outcome. In this way, RJM is flexible as a tooling shop and can solve issues that may evade others. FIXTURES and JIGS A natural adjunct to molds, RJM also designs and/or builds to customer designs and specifications fixtures and jigs of all kinds. PARTS and ASSEMBLIES In addition, RJM is a low volume fabricator and can provide molded parts, sub-assemblies and built assemblies as required. RJM is willing to assist the customers in providing the level of finish product needed for a pre-production run, trial testing, samples and early production ramp-up. MOCKUPS and PROTOTYPES RJM is well experienced working with customers in fabricating production mockups and prototypes whether for engineering validation, trials, testing or trade shows.
