MP s to submit bids on desired resources between the previous bid floor of negative 30 and the negative 150 bid floor. MP s should also attempt to submit bids below the negative 150 bid floor. Expected Outcome Anticipated Settlement Outcome Resources dispatched by the real time market, resolving the over generation condition economically. SIBR should not allow MP s to submit bid segments priced below the negative 150 bid floor. MP s should observe that dispatches for their resources are consistent with their bid prices.
