7 Requirement #1: Software Test Time investment: read testing guidelines, submit software, 15 business days after submission. Testing on the latest versions Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013* Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015 Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 * For latest version please use

8 Requirement #1: Software Test 1. Test in Lionbridge Lab AX, NAV and GP Lionbridge Test it for you in their dedicated test facility supporting the latest version of Microsoft products 2. Self Test CRM and NAV You run the test using tools developed by Microsoft and its Partners Application Services Track NAV, GP, SL and CRM Utilize your Resellers Expertise and Recommendation 8

9 Requirement #1: Software Test Test in your own language German, French, Spanish, Portuguese (Portugal), Italian, Polish, Russian, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, Korean No need to get the customer facing documents translated into English Cost: USD $500 Discount for solutions on multiple ERP platforms: Contact us to see if you qualify for a discount if you: Have shared documentation Have shared code Are submitting solutions at the same time 9

References are accepted on latest and the previous version. Utilize existing references via MPN New: Utilize references from your Resellers customer base

Support Lifecycle to guarantee how long partner will support and fix a version of their product. 4. Support Knowledge Database (Collection of previous FAQs from their Support Helpdesk) 5. 12 Requirement #4: Software Escrow Why it is a CfMD requirement? To protect the investment of the customer now and in the future How to meet the CfMD escrow requirement? ISV partners must offer an Escrow within their license terms. Customers / reselling partners will be free to choose whether they want to take advantage of an Escrow. Customer wishing to avail of Escrow will still have confidence that they will be able to use the 3rd party software should the ISV go out of business. Featured companies:
