2 Modules at a glance ARBURG host computer system (ALS) As the central tool for modern and efficient organisation of injection moulding production, the ALS offers a wide range of functions. Its clearly structured, modular design allows for flexible adaptation to individual tasks and requirements. The ALS package offers an ideal entry. The configuration can be easily expanded at any time. Important terms and abbreviations - Operating states = Automatic, manual, set-up, conversion, alarm and standstill - Events = Changes of shift, order, program or mould, break times, unit volume information and changes to the cycle time or cavities The individual modules can be combined with one another as with a construction kit. 9 Documentation/archiving More than 100 pre-defined evaluations for the targeted optimisation of production sequences available at the press of a button. Evaluations can be exported in various different formats.
