Our major customer is the oil and gas industry and we have served it well over 25 years. Starting from scratch to where we are now. We found out Maintenance is the key cost element; not the price of the HVAC equipment per se. Repairs, replacement parts and preventive maintenance are the highest cost factor to the oil & gas industry. Albeit the costs which outstripped the initial HVAC price, the industry virtually overlooked the complementary activity of maintenance and life cycle cost Our stand & action The industry did not have to be commodity price-driven industry. We developed a HVAC system unlike any others. Almost all related equipments such as Air Handling Units, Air Conditioning Units were constructed from high grade stainless steel. Our HVAC is essentially different from the standard or even industrial equipment units of established manufacturer like that of Carrier or York
