3 The social investor working group One of the most active working groups of the SPTF Open to all investors seeking both financial and social returns Currently has ~300 members representing ~100 organizations Meets twice a year in person the next meeting will be on March 2-3 in New York City (Deutsche Bank) Member-led work and discussion emerge from the interests of group members 3

Lenders guidelines for setting reasonable covenants in support of responsible microfinance ( reasonable covenants ) 3. Preventing over-indebtedness 4. Measuring and reporting on outcomes 5.
