17 Hasnain Badami, Executive Director 17 Background Hasnain R. Badami is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, having over 9 years of extensive professional experience in auditing, accounting, financial & management consultancy, corporate advisory services and corporate trainings. Professional and Industry Experience Prior to co-founding Redwood, Hasnain worked as Audit Manager at Engro (largest Pakistani local conglomerate) and served at Ernst & Young Karachi, Dubai and Jeddah offices leading large teams to provide external audit, accounting, advisory and internal audit services to wide range of clients. His over-the-top interpersonal skills has enabled him to inspire and develop extraordinary relationships with his clients performing troubleshooting for the client's most intricate issues. Hasnain is spearheading Cloud accounting and advisory service lines at Redwood Karachi office and providing convenient solutions to diversified range of SMEs. His exposure from Ernst & Young of dealing with clients in construction, textile, automobile, engineering, oil and gas, NGO, telecom, chemicals, pharmaceutical industry allowed him to comprehend and address key issues faced by his clients. 17

18 Danish Noorani, Executive Director 18 Background Danish is a seasoned Management professional with over 14 years of rich experience in the Project Management, Compliance, Risk Management, budgeting & forecasting, audit and training & development areas. Danish is a an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and MA Economics (Pakistan). Professional and Industry Experience Prior to joining Redwood as executive director, Danish has worked on various positions at Siemens Pakistan including Head of Compliance responsible for Pakistan and Afghanistan Regions. Danish has also handled key assignments for Siemens in Germany and Middle East Regions. Prior to this Danish has also worked for Ernst & Young Johannesburg and Karachi offices and was responsible for various key assignments. Danish is now looking after Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and advisory service lines at Redwood Global Services. Danish is passionate trainer and speaker with focus on education and ethics. He loves to mentor and guide the young talent and often meets and counsel students. 18
