Practical course exercises: customized exercises on sample data. They are able to complement the training with best practices and tips from experience. Courses will be given in English but questions can be asked in the participant s native language (NL/FR). 3 IBM Cognos Report Studio Expert Introduction This is a one-day, instructor-led course. Building on topics learned in the The Basics course. The Expert course is designed for professional report authors to learn advanced report building techniques using relational data models, and ways of enhancing, customizing, and managing professional reports. Attendees will participate in hands-on demos and workshops that illustrate key concepts while learning how to use the product. Inform the students on the practical information: location, dates, start and end hour, Responsibilities of LACO: The trainings will take place at LACO: o Training facility with beamer, projector and flip chart or white board. o LACO will foresee training laptops. 7 Enrollment, Pricing, Terms & Conditions Rescheduling policy Please contact LACO to register for this course: or +32 (0) Pricing This customized public training is offered at 560 (excl. VAT) per participant. LACO may change the enrolment price up to the moment that the enrolment has been confirmed by LACO in writing. If the price for a course increases or decreases within three months of the written confirmation of enrolment, the client will always pay the lower price. The charge for each course will be invoiced to the client upon completion. The price for the courses includes course material and documentation and any costs for the use of the machines. The price does not include travel and accommodation costs for course participants. If a course extends over a full day, the costs for lunch are included in the course price. Invoicing Cancellation policy LACO is not responsible for cancellation costs associated with a cancellation or a reschedule of a class by LACO. LACO can add or withdraw classes at any time, or cancel a scheduled public open enrolment class for insufficient enrolment or other reasons. On cancellation of the training courses by the client, the following conditions are applied: 1 10 working days before start of course 100% invoiced working days before start of course 50% invoiced > 30 working days before start of course 10% invoiced (administration costs) Rescheduling policy To reschedule a course, the written request to reschedule must have been received by LACO no later than 30 working days before the originally scheduled starting date. Client requests to reschedule received by LACO 29 working days or less before the originally scheduled starting date are subject to a penalty of 50% of the course price. (On top of the full course price.). Invoices are due the latest after 30 days. If you do not pay the amounts due within 30 days after the invoice date, you will be considered in default without any additional proof. In this case, LACO will charge you late payment charges of 1% per month and any costs involved in collecting payment will also be your responsibility.
