Organization performed an assessment to identify opportunities for Improving PeopleSoft usage including Training, Configuration Changes, Process Changes and Customization. 28 WorkCenter Best Practices Select a Pilot WorkCenter for initial rollout o Measure User Adoption before rolling out others Sort out Administration Responsibilities ahead of time o End Users vs. IT. o o Train on WorkCenter Admin accordingly. Have Admins help Buildout the WC s during implementation Don t over build. o Identify Mission critical Alerts, Pagelets etc. and go from there. Implement fewer WorkCenters and utilize PS Security to manage what the user sees o Goals could probably be accomplished with 3 or 4 WC s 28
