The new functionality enabled their plans to empower senior managers with ipadbased functionality. This capability transitions them from readers to users of information and critical applications during time-sensitive business cycles. The new functionality allowed HHR to serve up the HCM applications to the ipad desktop in a secure and economical approach with a familiar user experience. Initial applications include Company Directory, Org Chart Viewer, Manager Dashboard, eperformance and Compensation applications. Configuring Profile Management and Integrating Talent Management Modules WorkStrategy HCM WorkStrategy will provide attendees with an overview of some key concepts and implementation tips for Profile Management.
