Find the performance indicators that add value Ask yourself what kind of action can be taken based on this information Simplify Keep your designs simple, and not overly complex. Too much information is distracting. Know your audience and design a solution that draws the eye in a flowing motion. Don t use a lot of bright colors and keep things symmetrical
