3 Overview of the changes Introducing Vodafone Cloud Services Marketplace Vodafone Cloud Services Marketplace (VCSM) is a virtual marketplace where Vodafone can resell cloud applications to our customers. The first cloud product to move to this service is Microsoft Office 365, making it easier for you and your customers to manage their licence portfolio. Customer pricing changes During the move to VCSM our Office 365 customers will see a price increase. This was put in place by Microsoft on 01 January 2017 and will be passed on to customers between March and May Changes to the Office 365 licensing scheme Finally, Microsoft will make platform changes introducing a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), giving our customers access to a wider MS Cloud portfolio. This replaces the existing Syndication licensing scheme.

5 What is Vodafone Cloud Services Marketplace? Vodafone Cloud Services Marketplace App Direct Trading platform A virtual marketplace where Vodafone can resell cloud applications to its customers The concept is similar to real world department stores like: Macy s (US), House of Fraser (UK) A mix of signature and specialist software brands covering multiple application categories Built on a trading platform provided by App Direct Inc. working with Vodafone Group The first cloud product to move to this service is Microsoft Office 365, making it easier for our customers to manage their licence portfolio

6 Benefits of Vodafone Cloud Services Marketplace Ability to self-serve when purchasing additional applications Full control can be given to the customer. They can subscribe, unsubscribe and assign users Virtually instant provisioning You and your customers can easily browse to find out what works best for you You and your customers are kept in the loop when any new applications are added to the marketplace We ll be launching Vodafone Cloud Services Marketplace fully later this year. 8 New pricing by plan Existing customers The following prices will come in to affect for existing customers after the migration to Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), is complete. Please note: The new pricing was released by Microsoft on 01January 2017, however Vodafone have chosen to absorb these price increases for existing customers until they are migrated to CSP, which will happen by 30th June New customers Please use the this pricing for new customers now. 10 Licensing scheme changes overview New Terms and Conditions The new terms and conditions can be found here: 30 day rolling subscription continues New Plans Wider portfolio including Faculty/School SKU s Co-exist with other products Enables our customers to buy Office 365 from Vodafone and co-exist with other products that may have been purchased from other Microsoft Partners Helps you to win existing Office 365 customers from other suppliers Migrations Customers will be migrated between 01March and 30 April 2017 to the new licensing scheme There will be no downtime caused by this transition This will be completed by end of June 2017

12 Customer communications Customers will receive a letter detailing the changes to their plans. Letters have been sent to majority of customers with Office 365 licenses on the 3 rd February The customer letter will contain key dates and details on: Their migration to the new licensing scheme The new pricing and product changes (including the right to leave) The launch of the new Vodafone Cloud Services Marketplace The new terms and conditions for them to view before any changes take place If you have any customers affected by this change and in the first batch of communications their details were uploaded to the Partner Portal on Friday, 27 January *find dates for second batch of customer communications on page 15.
