Guyana Recommended Action(s) to Address Priority Review, revise, obtain approval and implement the National Disaster Risk Management Bill. By defining roles and responsibilities, guide the public private sectors to: (i) address disaster risk in publically owned, managed or regulated services and infrastructures; (ii) promote and provide incentives for: actions by persons, households, communities and businesses; (iii) enhance relevant mechanisms and initiatives for disaster risk transparency; and (iv) put
