SwingService is mainly dedicated to your mobile workforce. This app can run on computers, tablets or mobile devices offering the ability to easily schedule work, manage inventory or record reports anywhere and at any time. However, SwingService is not exclusively dedicated to field service technicians. The whole company can benefit from this dynamic solution. Customers get relevant and updated responses; available field service resources are smartly managed and work is well organised. The technicians get access to all the information needed to best plan their routes. Office staff don t need to process field service reports manually anymore, which was often where mistakes and work delays lay. Supervisors are able to manage and control completed work as well as ongoing and future work. Field service management is optimised due to the fact that all collaborators operate within the very same framework. Technicians have a better knowledge of the customer base and have immediate access to time spent on each intervention. The customer files provide you with all necessary data related to each client including third data identification, address, discount, customer statement, contracts list, equipment fleet and work history. CONTRACTS Access to a list of contracts to know what is already handled and what is the guarantee for each customer / site / piece of equipment. The app also covers the notion contract validity periods. EQUIPMENT FLEET SwingService offers your technicians access to detailed information of each piece of equipment. The app makes it possible to classify the equipment into different levels and quickly add new pieces of equipment to a site using a mobile device. FORMS AND DISPUTE MANAGEMENT The application provides a forms service. You can customise this service using your own pictures and signatures. Forms are then filled out by technicians and sent by to supervisors. OPTIMISED SCHEDULE ROADMAP Optimise your time using SwingService roadmap with an exhaustive list of planned and upcoming work and alarms to communicate the number of interventions by status (achieved, in progress, to be achieved). CALENDAR The SwingBusiness calendar gives technicians a full overview of interventions and appointments, planned or accomplished, over a specific period (day, week, month) and gives supervisors the ability to check the history of field service activity. APPOINTMENTS In case of absence, technicians can lock their schedule and automatically inform their managers via the appointments feature. TASKS Tasks, reminders and notifications are automatically generated in case of delay. You can customise different types of tasks and even set alarms according to pre-set deadlines of customers contracts. TIME MANAGEMENT Linked to the Back Office, the app enables managers to follow, in near real time, field service activity in detail while technicians are recording every action and the time needed to achieve it in the field. Not to mention that this feature saves GPS coordinates at every step. During the day, all the interventions are carefully saved : time to start and end work, break time and time spent on the move. INTERVENTIONS REQUEST DETAILS The technician can see all the specifications of the requests delivered by the company. Field service teams have access to all data related to work such as typology of interventions, planning, associated site and more. ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT Connected to the Back Office, you can effortlessly add new equipment to a technician according to an intervention typology. Your technicians can also manually add new equipment or modify equipment and thereby complete the equipment list they were working on. MATERIALS AND STAFF With SwingService, you can easily record the addition of staff or materials according to the field service. The technician can then fill out the list of materials that were actually consumed during the work. DIAGNOSTIC HELP USING THE QUESTIONNAIRE FORM This feature allows you to design tools to help you with diagnosis. We provide your team with questions & answer games and documentation. 6
7 TAKE PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER THE WORK The technician has the ability to take and save pictures before and after the work is done and link the picture to the related equipment. WORK TICKETS Customers can see and sign the work tickets provided by technicians. Work tickets include accomplished field services, related equipment, recorded meters, staff used and materials consumed. QUOTES At the start of the intervention, technicians can draw up a quote for the work without including guarantees. Customers can even process digital signatures to accept. FIELD SERVICE REPORT This app enables technicians to easily add pictures and audio recordings to their field service reports. ADMINISTRATION AND COMMUNICATION FLASH MESSAGES This integrated communication solution is an alternative to s and SMS. It also allows a mass diffusion from the administration interface to mobiles. Alerts are automatically provided by a notification centre thanks to ios and Android systems.
