5 LEVEL 1 Basic Training Package This package is designed to supplement your upgrade project plan and provide your practice with onsite or remote assistance and training from an Implementation Specialist (Trainer). It is recommended for those organizations utilizing NextGen Practice Management (NextGen PM) v.5.6 or higher or NextGen Ambulatory EHR v.8.0 or higher in a production environment. Package includes: Onsite or Remote Assistance provided via Webex Free Pre-Go Live Audit conducted by an Implementation Specialist Implementation Specialist providing individualized training focused on your upgrade needs # Providers Training Hours Note: For maximum benefit your practice should complete the complimentary training services prior to working directly with an Implementation Specialist.
6 LEVEL 2 Advanced Training Package This package is designed to further supplement your upgrade project plan and provide your practice with Go Live support and training from an Implementation Specialist (Trainer). It is recommended for those organizations that are utilizing NextGen PM/Ambulatory EHR on v.5.6 or higher, or NextGen KBM on v.7.6/7.7/7.8 in a production environment. Package includes: Remote or onsite Trainer assistance Remote or onsite Go Live Support Training Coordinator assigned to your organization # Providers Training Hours Go Live Hours Note: For maximum benefit your practice should complete the complimentary training services prior to working directly with an Implementation Specialist.
7 LEVEL 3 Deluxe Training Package This package is designed to further supplement your upgrade project plan and provide your practice with Go Live support and training with an Implementation Specialist (Trainer), consultation with a Subject Matter Expert, and Project Management. It is recommended for those organizations utilizing NextGen PM/Ambulatory EHR in a v.5.6 or higher or NextGen KBM v.7.6/7.7/7.8 in a production environment. Package includes: Remote or onsite Trainer assistance Remote or onsite Go Live Support Project Management Project Manager will work directly with client on upgrade project plan and scheduling training resources # Providers Training Hours Go Live Hours PM Hours Note: For maximum benefit your practice should complete the complimentary training services prior to working directly with an Implementation Specialist.
8 LEVEL 4 Premier Training Package This package is designed for clients that require significant consultation assistance and a comprehensive set of services to support their upgrade plan. This may include highly complex enterprise/practice configurations, clients of significant size, multi-specialty groups, and/or clients with highly complex KBM configurations. This is a fully-integrated approach that features: Package includes: A 16-week prescriptive approach inclusive of both the 5.8 / 8.3 NextGen KBM upgrade A package that includes project management, design, technical services, data conversion, custom development, training, and go-live support A focus placed on successfully bringing the client through the upgrade process in the most expedient method with the least impact to their current team Clients should contact their sales/account representative. 9 Supplemental Services Consult with your Sales Representative on additional supplemental services available for your 5.8/8.3 upgrade. Additional resources include: 1. Simulation Modules 2. Physician Consulting (8 hours per specialty) 3. Implementation and Training (Webex) reduced rate 4. Implementation and Training (onsite) standard rate 5. Project Management 6. Pre Conversion Upgrade Analysis (50 hours ) Application Upgrade Assistance available at billable hours rate 8. Help Desk custom support quote available for additional help desk support 9. 10 NEW Simulation modules available! Upgrade Change Simulation Modules provided to clients via Internet access and Log In Courses are specific to the new functionality and workflows in 5.8 and 8.3. Users can complete a comparatively limited number of upgrade-specific courses fostering speed to proficiency with the 5.8 and 8.3 releases. System reports on course completion and practicum scores by user, but also tracks click-by-click performance of users and reports on those struggling with specific upgrade functionality and workflows so that additional, targeted support can be provided. Simulations available to view on Upgrade Central
11 Solutions you need to succeed If you are a client who is on a highly customized KBM, you will need to purchase this 50-hour Pre-Conversion/Upgrade Analysis. To get started, simply log a ticket with Support to initiate the Pre-Conversion/Upgrade Analysis. The analysis Includes: Gap Analysis Technical Review: This includes working with the client to run the KBM Gap Analysis Utility, interpreting the results, determining level of customizations, guiding the client in completion of the data mapping spreadsheet, and scoping the amount of hours needed to complete the KBM Conversion (data mapping). (20 Hours) Clinical Workflow/Gap Analysis: Working in coordination with the Technical Gap Analysis component, the EHR implementation specialist will work with the client to determine the difference (Gap) between their current workflows and the workflows in NextGen KBM 8.3. The specialist will help the client determine where the existing data needs to be populated in the new NextGen KBM templates, what data they want to carry forward, what the future state workflows will be, and help determine the level of effort to complete the conversion and upgrade. This also may include a decision to transition to our NextGen KBM 8.3 without converting. (30 Hours)
