This unique formulation has been developed for ease of use, incomparable spreadability, ultra highbuild capability, high adhesion properties, thermal performance and extremly light weight. Coharo Coatings - All Purpose Acrylic Highbuild has many uses. Firstly the ultimate base coat for preparing your wall for your desired finish, solid light weight mouldings, pizza oven insulation, as an adhesive, rough cast finish and also as a variety of finishes depending on tools and application. All Purpose Acrylic Highbuild also works in conjunction with our Pango - Applicator Pump Machine to deliver speed of application where the material flows out of the trowel onto the wall. 4 Coharo Coatings Technical Data All Purpose Acrylic Highbuild - APAH Description: Coharo Coatings All Purpose Acrylic Highbuild is a revolutionary formulation of quality particles which creates the worlds leading base coat application material for all building substrates. The material is ultralight as there is no sand aggregate, extremely easy to apply and spread on the wall, with the ability to apply a minimum of a 3mm to 50mm coat. This makes All Purpose Acrylic Highbuild incomparable in performance for the preparation and levelling of your wall for your desired finish. Any crumbling, loose or damaged substrate must be removed. All surfaces must be free from grease, oils, dirt and dust. Prepainted surfaces must have flaking paint wire brushed back to solid substrate. Mixing: Add 4 Litres of water to a 15 Litre bucket and pour contents of bag into bucket. Mix using a slow Speed drill with a suitable paddle. It should be mixed until a lump free homogenous mix is achieved. Applicator should add water or product to achieve desired consistency. Should the material be too wet or dry it may be difficult to apply. Application: All Purpose Acrylic Highbuild is applied by trowel or Pango Applicator Pump Machine. Once applied, material can be screeded by the use of a large trowel to level the wall for its preparation of a finish coat. Embedment of Fibreglass mesh will increase its strength and should be used where required. Any corner angle to be used must be glued and levelled with All Purpose Acrylic Highbuild, not liquid nails or nails. All Purpose Acrylic Highbuild can also be floated when necessary. Curing time is dependent on thickness applied and can be between 1 to 7 days. All Purpose Acrylic Highbuild must be cured before the application of a wet texture or paint. Care should be taken in the preparation of the work area; areas not to be coated should be masked and protected. Material can be difficult to remove if allowed to dry on windows or unwanted areas. To achieve a rough cast effect the material should be sprayed on with the Pango Applicator Pump Machine or flicked on with an appropriate trowel. To make light weight mouldings or castings, material can be poured into a mould once mixed with the use of an appropriate release agent, left to cure before being removed. Safety: All Purpose Acrylic Highbuild is alkaline in nature and can cause irritations to people with sensitive skin. During use, avoid inhalation of dust and contact with skin and eyes. Blow away all dust from surface to achieve best bonding results. Mixing: Add 3L of water to one 11 litre bag of Coharo Coatings - Concrete Patch. Add water first and then add the dry powder to avoid lumps. This will achieve a no slump mixture similar to pizza dough or a stiff but pliable homogeneous consistency. This will allow you to load a steel trowel and force/push the mixed Concrete Patch into the joining plate recesses or repair depressions. Application: Simply push the Concrete Patch material firmly into an overall situation and trowel off any excess to match the concrete substrate. Can also be floated with a piece of polystyrene to achieve a flat uniform finish. It is applied using a stainless steel trowel and polished until your reflection is visible. Marble Finish can be tinted to any colour. Normally applied in at two toleast three coats onto a flat surface and with artistic trowel techniques to achieve various effects. Coharo Coatings Marble Finish is the most elegant finish for that feature wall. It is ready to apply, the formulation has been developed for ease of use, high adhesion and water resistance properties. Available in any colour of choice. Coverage: 4 m2 per Ltr. Any crumbling, loose or damaged substrate must be removed. An application of Concrete Finish or Primer may be necessary prior the application of Marble Finish to achieve desired result. All surfaces must be free from grease, oils, dirt and dust. Pre-painted surfaces must have flaking paint wire brushed back to solid substrate. Mixing: Ready to Apply, can be mixed to ensure colour consistency if self tinting. Application: Marble Finish is applied by stainless steel trowel. Once applied, a second coat can be applied when touch dry. Firm pressure with the trowel will compact he material and create a high density polished feature finish.curing time is dependent on weather and is generally 1 to 2 Days. Marble finish should not be applied if rain is predicted for the day of application outdoors. Care should be taken in the preparation of the work area; areas not to be coated should be masked and protected. Material can be difficult to remove if allowed to dry on windows or unwanted areas. Safety: Marble Finish can cause irritations to people with sensitive skin. During use, avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear suitable protective gloves and mask while handling the product. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice. The product is non-toxic and is not flammable.
