6 55.27 REVIEW AND ENHANCEMENT PROCESS (REP) - School of Combined Honours ( ) NOTED : that it was confirmed that the Pass degree exit award refers to an ordinary degree and the Pass with Distinction award refers to an ordinary degree with Distinction. 56 SITE VISITS 56.1 Site visit report for Liverpool Site of the Northern School of Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy RECEIVED and CONSIDERED: the report of the site visit on 31st January 2014 to consider the suitability of facilities for delivery of the M7 Psychoanalytic Observational Studies programme ran in collaboration with Tavistock and Portman s NHS Foundation Trust s and validated by UEL NOTED: that the report was very thorough, demonstrating that due process had been followed; that the site visit highlighted that appropriate resources were available; that the programme would be delivered at the Alder Hey Children s Hospital site and confirmation was required that the existing agreement with the Northern School of Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy included Alder Hey Children s Hospital as a teaching location. [Action : Officer] AGREED: that the report should be validated. 57. CONDITIONS LOGS 57.1 RECEIVED: the log of outstanding conditions of approval from validation and review events for academic year 2011/ NOTED : in relation to ISVNU, Hanoi (event 926), it was noted that Government approval was still outstanding for all programmes except for BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance, level 6.
