2 Project Report Bozen Chamber of Commerce A building for the regional economy The new Chamber of Commerce in Bozen was built to unite the City s most important institutions in one office building. This new service centre and extraordinary concept connects and completes the existing cityscape of the town. 3 The Consortium Together we are strong! Due to the excellent co-operation of all consortium partners the project could be completed to the client s entire satisfaction. Consortium partners: - Keyobject GmbH, Bozen - Lindner AG, Arnstorf - Estfeller GmbH, Auer - Tischlerei Prast AG, Ritten The works, which have a contract value of more than EUR 4 million, have been carried out in four months only. A functional and modern building with a representative character has been created, meeting all requirements referring to the important and multiple functions of a chamber of commerce. 3

8 Special requirements and solutions of the project Lindner AG Due to different design and combination options, Lindner partition systems can easily be integrated in various projects and buildings. Our glazed partitions create a light-flooded atmosphere which contributes to the well-being of the employees. Despite their transparency the specially designed partitions provide enough privacy for each workplace. Nowadays room qualities like these are standard in modern office buildings. In addition to a well established communication level, our clients set a high value on functionality, optimum flexibility, a healthy room climate, energy optimisation and sustainability. In co-operation with our partner Keyobject GmbH we have developed the optimum solution for this demanding project. 10 Keyobject GmbH Founded in 2003, the company specialised in high-quality, turnkey interior fit-out of buildings and rooms in South Tyrol, Austria and Germany. Keyobject produce in their own manufacturing facilities and thus are able to meet their clients requirements on schedule. Their repertoire comprises a first-class consulting service providing the client with detailed information on design options. The interior fit-out of the Chamber of Commerce was carried out by a consortium, in which Keyobject was holding primary responsibility. Keyobject was responsible for the complete furnishing and the erection of partitions which have been developed in co-operation with Lindner AG. The furnishing was developed and designed by Keyobject, too. 11 Résumé Our aim was to carry out this project in optimum quality. The demands for high-quality solutions are increasing, which is also due to the fact that in the final analysis costs can be kept down on a continuing basis. To guarantee an impeccable progress of all operational tasks, an efficient way of working is essential for this building. The interior is marked by spacious, widely branched atriums, which despite the dimensions provide the interior of the building with daylight and transparency. A building has been created where both the employee and the customer feel absolutely comfortable! 11
