REIL/RE/17-18/PP/020 This is a Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) for Installation-commissioning and 5 years maintenance of 1KWp Solar Power Plant & 5 HP Solar Water Pumping System at Ranthambore tiger project, Swai Madhopur as per description and terms & conditions specified hereinafter: Item Description: S. Description No. 1. Installation-commissioning and 5 years maintenance of 1KWp Solar Power Plant 2 Installation-commissioning and 5 years maintenance of 5 HP Solar Water Pumping System Qty. (Nos). 1.2 E-Tendering Procedure: The work shall be carried out through submission of online tenders only. No offer in physical form will be accepted and any such offer if received by REIL will be out rightly rejected. Tender documents can be downloaded from our website or website of CPPP Final bids are to be submitted on website Any changes modification in the tender enquiry will be intimated through above websites only. Tenderer are therefore, requested to visit our Website regularly to keep themselves updated. The bidder should have a valid Digital Signature certificate issued by any of the valid certifying Authorities to participate in the online tender. The bids shall be uploaded in electronic form only through e-tendering system on website Note: e- Procurement system does not allow submission of documents after due date of tender. Incomplete form or non-submission of documents to verify details may results into rejection of your offer and no communication shall be done for submission of documents. Price Bid:- Price Bid format given with tender is to be uploaded after filling all relevant information like basic prices, taxes & duties. The Price bid should be uploaded strictly as per the format available with the tender failing which the offer is liable for rejection (remaining or changing format of price sheet will not be accepted by system). REIL reserve the right to distribute the work. Eligibility Condition: 1. Party should have experience of installation & commissioning of minimum 10 nos. of Solar PV Power Plant or 5 nos. of SPV Water Pumping System in the Tiger Reserves under Forest Department. A copy of documentary evidence such as copy of PO /certificate etc be submitted with the BID.

REIL invites sealed offers from electrical contractors/agencies having valid electrical contractor license issued from concern department (Contractor will submit copy of Electrical License) or having experience of installation-commissioning work for Roof Top Grid Connected/ Stand alone SPV Power Plants/ Solar Water Pumping System. A. Scope of Work (Contractor): - The scope of work of contractor for the project is as under: (1) Each 4800Wp/5.0HP Solar Water Pumping System Providing of material such as GI Wire for Earthing, HDPE Pipe as per site requirement, Fencing with lock and key facility, Cable Casing, Notice Board of brief about project (design provided by REIL) or any other material for commissioning of Solar Pumping System. Civil work for mounting structures of SPV module and fixing of module mounting structure, Solar Pump Set with their controller etc. Contractor shall prepare foundations (1100mmX 750mm X 750mm in size drawing enclosed) or as per site requirement for installation of module mounting structures Manual Tracker with plaster and colar. Any other civil work required for installation commissioning of the Solar System shall be carried out by contractor as per work order requirement and to the REIL satisfaction. Preparation of cement, concrete & mortar foundation in ratio 1:2:3 for all MS mounting structure as per layout/drawing enclosed (layout may be changed subject to requirement of site). Installation of solar Pump system equipments complete. Installation of earthing material, testing and commissioning of complete earthing as per specification requirement. Lying, Termination of all interconnecting cables among array junction box, MCB, Solar AC Submersible pump set. (2) Each 1 KWP Solar Power Pack Providing of material such as Ceiling AC Fan 40W- 02 Nos., LED AC Bulb 5W- 5 Nos., Cable Casing, Switches, fan regulator Bulb Holder, Cables for internal wiring of 1 KWP System, Battery Stand for 4 Nos. of 12V,100AH Batteries or any other material for commissioning of 1 KWP Solar Power Pack with their internal wiring. Civil work for mounting structures of SPV module and fixing of module mounting structure, SPV module, Inverter, Battery Bank etc. The civil foundation of size 400mmX 400mm X 400mm (drawing enclosed) in size for 1 KWP Solar Systems complete with plaster and colar. Preparation of cement, concrete & mortar foundation in ratio 1:2:3 for all MS mounting structure as per layout/drawing

9 enclosed (layout may be changed subject to requirement of site).any other civil work required for installation commissioning of the Solar System shall be carried out by contractor as per work order requirement and to the REIL satisfaction. Installation of solar system equipments complete. Installation of earthing material, testing and commissioning of complete earthing as per specification requirement. Laying, Termination of all interconnecting cables among array junction box, Inverter, Battery Bank and internal wiring for ceiling fan -2 nos. and 5 nos. of LED Bulb at each choukies. Supply of items such as cable tags, conduits as per requirement to complete the commissioning of the project. Wiring of complete solar system as per requirement. The scope of work of the contractor is to complete the I &C of 4800Wp/5.0HP Solar Pump and 1 KWP Solar Power Pack. REIL shall handover all material at Site at a Single point only. The contractor transport all the material at respective choukies. All necessary items/manpower/arrangements required for Proper and Safe Installation & Commissioning of SPV System will be arranged by the agency/contractor. Any material/item other then mentioned in Scope of work (REIL) which is required for I&C of SPV System is in scope of the agency. Agency will take necessary statutory approvals/ clearances/ Safety approval, if any required for installation of Solar System. All arrangements for their deployed workman/manpower at site will be take care by the agency. Contractor/agency shall give declaration that site has been visited and all information towards timely completion of project has been collected and taken care before quoting for the above enquiry. Prices quoted must be firm and fixed. No price variation/escalation shall be allowed. Contractor shall arrange all the manpower and material required for inter-connection of the SPV System. Contractor shall carry out the AMC of SPV System for 5 years as per work order terms and conditions. After successful installation commissioning of the each Solar System shall get a certificate of installation, commissioning and satisfactory operation from beneficiary as per requirement of work order. The scope of work also includes verification of documents from the customer. After installation commissioning of the Solar Systems shall arrange the inspection of Systems from customer/ designated agency as per work order requirement and expanses, if any, shall be borne by contractor. Contractor shall install and commission the SPV System in the stipulated time given by the agency. Contractor shall carried out all activities related with Insurance claim Settlement (REIL borne only Insurance charges REIL). The payment of contractor shall be released after release of payment from agency.

STANDARDS: The work shall be carried out in the best workmanlike manner in conformity with this specification, the relevant specifications/codes of practice of Indian Standard Institution, approved drawings and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge or his authorized representative issued from time to time. In case of any conflict between the standards, the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge shall be binding. D. EARTHING NETWORK: The earthing installation shall be done in accordance with the earthing drawings, specifications and the standard drawings.. The entire earthing system shall fully comply with the Indian Electricity Act and Rules framed there under. E. MAINTENANCE SERVICE Free maintenance services shall be provided by the contractor during the period of 5 years, no payment will be made on this account as it is included in the cost of I & C and 5year maintenance work. This Maintenance service will included such as check loose connection of terminal and nut bolt, transportation charges for faulty items from installation site to REIL works and REIL to installation site etc. REIL provide the necessary spare free of cost for the same. F. PREVENTIVE & ROUTINE MAINTENANCE: - Contractor will provide maintenance services for a period of 5 years from the date of installation. Preventive maintenance of Solar PV Systems shall be carried out for satisfactory running. It shall

11 include such checks and maintenance activities at least routine quarterly maintenance visits and submit quarterly maintenance certificate. Which are required to be carried out on the components of the Solar PV Systems to minimize the breakdown and to ensure smooth and trouble free running of the Solar PV Systems. Contractor shall be responsible to carry out the routine & preventive maintenance services and shall provide all labor, materials for the same. G. COMPLETION PERIOD Installation and commissioning of the SPV system should commence immediately after release of work order and Installation & commissioning should be completed within Two Months from the date of work order. H. General terms: Contractor shall follow all the provisions as per labour law (including piece rate and petty contractors) shall comply fully with all laws and statutory regulations pertaining to engagement, payment and upkeep of labour in India. I. Payment terms: The payment shall be released on pro-rata basis as per following payment terms: i) 60% - After release of REIL 90% from Ranthambore Tiger Reserve against supply of material. ii) 30% - After satisfactory installation commissioning of systems and submission of installation-commissioning certificate duly signed and stamped by the customer alongwith photographs of the installation with Beneficiary/customer and submission of duly signed certificate and other desired documents for submission to department and release of REIL payment against I&C. iii) 10%- After completion of successful maintenance (2% every year) and submission of maintenance certificates duly signed and stamped by the Beneficiary/customer and release of REIL balance payment from department.
