10 Difficulties to Date A significant amount of effort to set up Contractor buy in, early engagement Contractors not using BIM models to price work Supply chain using BIM to inform the model Client not managing the change process.

11 Success to Date Communication with Residents, the Community and Members greatly improved Tender information has been much better contributing to greater cost certainty Modelling the life of a building has informed our 30 year business plan Library of fully designed house archetypes for use on future sites 15% saving on future design fees The quality of information has made our procurement team happy.

12 Success to Date Robust tender documents NEC form of contract Half of contingency declared surplus Early warning comparison Compensation event comparison Scheme will come in under budget Employed on ILS schemes, infil sites and our biggest scheme to date of 340 units.
