Incident management training, Hazard assessment training, 12 Maverick life-saving rules, Reasonable Suspicion Drug & Alcohol training for supervisors, CSTS, Leadership for safety excellence for supervisors, EGSO (Enform). 6 6 PROJECT MANAGEMENT Project controls encompasses a variety of functions with a focus on the metrics of the project such as time, quantities and cost. Project Controls develops and utilizes processes and tools to plan, manage and mitigate risks that may impact the project. The successful development and delivery of a project is a direct result of project controls.

7 Maverick Company Overview 7 MAVERICK PROJECT CONTROLS 1 Estimating 2 Maverick will provide a detailed estimate identifying the labour, equipment, materials and subcontract elements required to complete the project. The granularity of detail or the level of detail is dependent on the type of contract and the requirements from the owner. Using estimate formats from the owner and Mavericks work breakdown structure, will develop a cost estimate in Microsoft Excel that can be controlled by the project team and distributed to the owner. Planning & Scheduling Project schedules are prepared to reflect the scope of work in alignment with the WBS. The schedule includes activity durations, start dates, finish dates, dependencies and resource requirements. Prior to project commencement, the project baseline will be set and we will begin capturing actuals against the plan. As the project progresses, the schedule will be updated to reflect the completion of activities and any delays. 3 Cost Controls 4 Progressing & Reporting e Cost control is the process of recording, analyzing, forecasting, and reporting project cost data. Maverick s cost controllers ensure deviations against project baselines are communicated to management to assist in minimizing negative cost impacts and maintaining project profitability. Throughout the life of the project, the cost controller is responsible for tracking and recording commitments and expenditures to the project. When performance is measured, performance improves, and when performance is measured and reported, the rate of improvement accelerates. Tracking and reporting progress on all aspects of the project is a top priority. The information gathered daily helps identify and correct any issues, which ensures each project is completed succesfully. This information is used to continually improve Maverick s estimating and construction execution processes for best results. Change Management 5 6 Risk Management The purpose of change management is to identify deviations from the project plan. These deviations can be in relation to the estimate, the schedule, and the scope of work. Identifying changes to the project is critical in ensuring accurate forecasting, project delivery and compensation. As deviations are identified, a change request process is employed to ensure all additional work items are captured and accounted for. During project development, representatives from HSE, quality, project management, project controls and construction management meet to asses potential risks, and create action plans to mitigate those risks. The risk manager will document and maintain a risk register. The risk management meeting is held on a regular basis, to add new risks and reevaluate the previously identified risks.

11 Maverick Company Overview 11 Pipeline Expertise Maverick has the experience for all types of oil, gas, steam or chemical pipelines. We have performed extensive work with steel pipe (2 20 ), fiberglass, flexpipe, coreline, polyethylene and flexsteel pipe. Our projects have ranged from single and multiline gathering systems and single and multi-well tie-ins. Maverick acquired Latigo Trucking Ltd in 2014, and has seen unparalleled growth in our transportation division ever since. Maverick is able to offer its customers single or multiple load overdimensional transportation, jack and roll services, rig moving, and hotshot services throughout all the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Specifically, Latigo specializes in large tank moves up to 4000bbl tanks and can haul loads up to 350,000lbs and 120 in length. Latigo continues to demonstrate its committment to safety with a solid carrier profile, and some of the lowest TRIF & LTA ratios in the industry.
