Follow up on performing work: - Organize the kick-off meeting and site receiving for contractor. - Ascertain compliance to contract requirements and forms. - Follow up on work progress and receive daily, weekly and monthly progress reports. - Revise invoices for performed works. Close out of contract: - Issue "Punch-List" to contractor for remaining work that is required to finalize contract but shall not contradict with safe operation. - Issue "provisional acceptance" for the works performed, periodically review work performed for any defaults, then issue "Final acceptance" after warranty period expires. - Revise As-Built documents & drawings, etc. - Finalize project budget and issue close out report. Worked in total Shutdown 10 days with Abu Qir Petroleum in Egypt. Test Package Coordinator. Monitor and inspect construction activities, piping punch list, hydrostatic/pneumatic testing, pressure gauge calibration & system reinstatement to ensure compliance with design documents, applicable codes, standards & specifications.
