2 THE PRODUCT Tre offers designers and architects the ability to easily create intriguing and visually stunning surfaces. TRE 0 TRE I Tre tiles have a height of mm and an edge length of mm. Tre I, II and III are available in 2 levels of thickness: 26 mm and 41 mm, giving the possibility to create tiered surfaces. TRE II TRE III The tiles can be assembled in 2 main ways: either with all vertices and edges aligned, or offset, with the apexes of the tiles aligned with the opposing tile s center point. 5 THE MATERIAL Concrete has had somewhat of a renaissance in recent times. Treatments All available treatments can be applied on the consistently high quality tiles to achieve water and frost resistance for application in wet areas, floors and outdoor spaces alike. Fibre reinforced concrete mixture, perfected with marble powder to achieve great durability and additives for completely smooth surfaces. Coloured with powdered pigments that result in through-body colour.

8 APPLICATION PARTICULARITIES TRE 0 and TRE 1/2 are elements designed to help TRE surfaces adapt to any possible challenge that could occur during the installation. TRE 0 Because of their flat surface, these tiles can be easily cut (see installation guide) to fit every edge, corner, or special element to integrate. When specifying a TRE surface, always apply TRE 0 and TRE 1/2 elements near the edges and around the special elements of the wall. 9 APPLICATION PARTICULARITIES Saturn tiles can be installed on curved wall surfaces with a radius above a specific length. The radius lengths are calculated to ensure that the installation results in a tiled surface that still matches the original design concept. R cm R cm 0.22 cm 0.21 cm When the tiles are installed vertically, the minimum radius of the wall surface should be centimetres. Installed this way, the grout gap between the tiles will dilate to 0.22 centimetres. When the tiles are installed horizontally, the minimum radius of the wall surface should be centimetres. Installed this way, the grout gap between the tiles will dilate to 0.21 centimetres.

10 INSTALLATION Application of KAZA Concrete tiles needs a great deal of skill and attention to detail. Approved competent contractors should be employed with experience of similar projects fixing natural stone or concrete products. Large areas should be processed in sections. 3. Grouting Grouting is not needed, only in some cases e.g: floor application, wet areas. Use professional gloves to avoid leaving dirty spots on the surface. Due to the surface treatment, the excess grouting can be easily removed.

11 CARE AND MAINTENTANCE For more information, ask for Installation, maintenance and cleaning guide. 1. Sealants Kaza cover tiles undergo a surface treatment process during manufacturing and therefore do not require special care. All KAZA tiles come treated from the factory, to protect against water and stains years Heavy duty tiles need to be retreated every 5 to 10 years. A repeat treatment of the surface is recommended: - every 10 years for side walls - every 5 years for floorings (every 2-3 years in case of high foot traffic) 2. Maintenance For heavy stains, eg: oil, grease, residue of floor care products & floor shine, rubber tracks from shoes, soot, etc. we would recommend cleaning with slightly alkaline, general cleaning products. In case of contamination, the surface must be cleaned instantly. A strong impact can leave a mark. 3. Cleaning Do not use acid or corrosive products! For everyday cleaning, use feather dusters or dry fabric. Use a spray bottle containing water and just a few drops of the all-purpose cleaner.
