Doors The tests performed by the DLG tried to determine the deformability and elasticity of Arntjen's cubicle coverings as well as how well they hold up against exposure to a continuous tread load. These test results give farmers additional assurance when deciding to invest in these cubicle coverings during the new construction or expansion of their cowsheds. Cubicle coverings are a sensible investment in the comfort of your cows. They provide your cows with a soft substrate. The animals enjoy lying on these coverings. They take pressure off the cows' joints when they stand up and lie down. You can clean the surface of these rubber mats with ease using a pressure washer, thereby reducing the cows' exposure to germs significantly. Cleaning is quick and easy. Arntjen's Roll-Mat HR 25 perfekt and Roll-Mat HR 33 Comfort++ were tested by the DLG. They passed the Fokus Test scoring good results. Made of full rubber, the profiled rubber mats Arntjen Roll-Mat HR 25 perfekt are 25 mm thick and sport knobs on the bottom which are approx. 12 mm tall and available in two different versions. Arntjen's Roll-Mat HR 33 Comfort++ rubber mat comes with embedded reinforced fabric and is approx. 32 mm thick. It also has knobs on the bottom which are 19 mm / 11 mm tall. Both types feature an easy-to-clean hammer-blow structure which provides the animals with secure footing. As they are available in sheets, the coverings are as easy to install as all other cubicle coverings made by Arntjen. The resistance to a continuous tread load and the form stability offered by both cubicle mats received the highest marks during the DLG test. o deformations could be found. Slurry mixers Properties of the granulated foam The granulated PE foam does not absorb any moisture. It is soft and elastic. The combination of the material with the permeable, fur and skin-friendly top cover ensures that moisture is wicked and transported away. Surface care We recommend using straw/chopped straw mixed with sanitary lime or similar materials to make the surface feel even more comfortable to the cow.
