The flexible material accommodates substrate variations, forming a seamless cove base that seals between wall and floor. Other coving methods involve purchasing pre-cut pieces, cutting them to fit, and installing them with messy adhesives. FormCove eliminates these problems. Mixed on-site with dry sands, the plural component urethane is easily spread with a cove trowel. With a long pot life (10 minutes), the installers can mix a large batch and cover hundreds of feet. Quick cure time (30 minutes) allows for oneday project completion.
