They should keep the DEE/JDE well informed about the action taken by the Committee or progress made from time to time. The conveners may co-opt members in their respective committees under intimation to the Director Extension Education, if needed. The leave application of all the staff members of the Directorate of Extension Education, who have been assigned duties, henceforth, would be routed through their respective conveners. Before recommending the leave, they must ensure that the work 7
8 does not suffer by granting leave. The leave, however, would be granted only in unavoidable cases. All the staff members from outstations who have been assigned duties should report for duty by 30 P.M. on and by 8.00 A.M. on positively to their respective committee conveners. 6. If any staff member from outstation is unable to come due to unavoidable reasons, the Senior Coordinators would depute another staff member in his/her place and he/she should report for duty in time. 7. Any laxity, willful negligence of duty, disobedience, lack of cooperation on the part of any staff member in performing the assigned duties, would be viewed seriously. 8.
