FIRST COVER: (Which will be opened first) 1) Earnest Money deposit (EMD) in the form of D.D. amounting Rs.1,00,000/- 2) Statement of past performance for a period of last two years ( and ) relating to printing and supply of Forms/Registers and Books to the Government Departments. (a Certificate from the concerned Government office regarding supply of printed forms/regsiters and books mentioning the total value of contract). 3) Signed copy of Terms & Conditions 4) Signed copy of Tender format ) The income tax assesment/returns filed copy for the year and sales tax (VAT) assesment order for the year along with a copy of registration certificate. 6 NATIONAL RURAL EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEE PROGRAMME BROAD TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The firm should enclose a Demand Draft for an amount of Rs /- (Rupees One lakh only). 2. The firm should replace the defective material at its cost. 3. If the materials are not supplied within the dates stipulated in the supply order. The Chief Executive Officer Zilla Panchayat Raichur, shall have an authority to cancel the order and forfeit the EMD without giving any notice. And firm shall have no claim or right over the tender. 4. The materials should be supplied to the respective Executive Officer of the concerned Taluk in the district as per the supply order. 5. The billed amount will be paid only after supply of printed Forms/Registers at places shown by CEO Zilla Panchayat Raichur. 6. Quoted rates of printed Registers and cards should be inclusive of all transportation and handling charges. 7. The supply order will be issued to the selected firm on the basis of availability/releases of funds from State and Central Government. 8. The taxes as applicable will be deducted from the bill amount. 9. The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Panchayat, Raichur reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability or any obligation to inform the affected bidder or bidders of the grounds for the said action. 10.
