The presentation shall cover at least on, but not limited to, the following subjects: - laws and regulations governing insolvency - national enforcement system and procedures - capacity building and training of judicial officers - recent development/innovations in insolvency - external relations and cooperation (bilateral/multilateral) * For a more effective way of sharing and exchanging information, all delegations are requested to submit via a 5-to-8-page country report (and the PowerPoint presentation, if any) to the Secretariat at least 2 weeks prior to the Meeting, so that the country report (and the PowerPoint presentation, if any) will be produced as the Meeting materials and disseminated to all delegates on DAY 1. - Brunei - Cambodia

In this agenda, the Meeting will exchange views and mutually explore the possible areas of future regional cooperation among competent authorities of the ASEAN Member Countries, the People s Republic of China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, and related international organizations. Any proposals submitted to the Secretariat in advance in order to stimulate a fruitful and constructive discussion is welcomed.
