All windows are double-pane glasses with a PVC frame. Short description about systems and appliances that consume energy (heating, cooling, lighting systems, domestic hot water production, kitchen equipments, etc.) There are two fuel boilers of 183 kw each to heat the building. Burners are double-speed burner. Domestic hot water is produce by another boiler of 43 kw linked to a hot water tank of 400 litres. A climatic regulation is installed in the electric panel; heating terminal units are provided with thermostats. Lighting systems mainly use incandescent lamps. No cooling system is required and installed. ENERGY DEMAND Characterisation of energy supplies, principally fares structure. ICEDD asbl Page 48 of 52
