2 Breeam certification helps to improve the level of building sustainability in Spain by promoting the best practices and technologies available on the market. BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) is the most technically advanced method for assessing and certifying building sustainability and is a world leader that has been in the market for +20 years and has certified +541,000 buildings in 77 countries since it was created in 1990.
