18 The Strength Good relationship with other state Water Operators National Water Services Commission (SPAN), which became the coordinator facilitates Volunteers with high competency in related fields work and willing to stay at remote area with minimum facilities Able to work round the clock Fast in getting approval from Management, via WhatsApp Assistance from JPJ, Bomba& Polis for traffic control in delivering water with tankers

19 Conclusion Relation/Communication amongst Water Operators (Sahabat Bekalan Air SeMalaysia) Physical and mental preparation to face unforeseen circumstances Preparation of S.O.P for unforeseen circumstances Good relationships with district and state level agencies can help ease the workload during repairs Warning system / emergency siren for heavy rain and the water level in the web should be monitored
