The activated peroxygen chemistry works on contact providing quick, uniform, and easy results. Prevent return outbreaks with our chemistry that ends mutational resistance. knows how to protect plants We are a true fungicide we don t inhibit, we kill disease. Most common products are fungistats that only slow fungus growth. EPA registered with a zero-hour REI We can be used in wholesale production and retail areas without harming customers or workers. As a tank mix, we remove disease pressure and improve the effectiveness of the other fungistats. Straight Talk from the PROS
Produce High Quality Plants Greenhouse and Nursery Applications Understanding how these applications can be used in your facilities will save time, reduce production costs, and allow you to grow healthy plants. For application rates, see our BioSafe Systems Rates & Usage Guide. Foliar Spray with ZeroTol Algae and disease are always present in production areas and given time will incubate past a controllable level creating havoc on crop quality. Foliar sprays are an easy way to control your growing environment. ZeroTol allows flexibility and can work with any grower s schedule. ZeroTol can be applied either continually over the crop at each watering, daily or weekly depending on the cultural care technique of the grower. Protecting with ZeroTol, TerraClean, and TerraCytePRO can increase plant health and reduce losses leading to maximum profits. Used regularly, our fungicides eliminate disease and lessen the need for harsh systemic or foliar prevention fungicides that discolor or block sunlight. Apply to all plants and purchased plants, plugs, or cuttings to protect from contaminating healthy stock. Eliminating disease and algae presence can decrease crop time and lead to production completion on time. Foliar Spray for Sensitive Plants with ZeroTol In the case of sensitive plants like orchids and bromeliads, there are very few protectants or preventatives that can be used without injury to the plant or the flower. We kill pathogens on contact without disrupting sensitive plants. In the case of poinsettias, few products can be applied to full bract color to pre or pro. Once in bract color and powdery mildew or botrytis breaks out, we are the only product that can be applied without causing discoloration or distortion. Even with sensitive plants ZeroTol can be used at all stages of production - from seedling to sale. Drenching with ZeroTol Regular use of a ZeroTol drench eliminates potential root and stem disease before it can enter the plant s root system, reducing the need to incorporate expensive prevention products. ZeroTol also improves oxygen levels in all pot sizes but greatly helps in small pot or plug trays as it releases oxygen as a byproduct of the oxidation reaction that kills disease. Drenching with ZeroTol eliminates surface algae and moss that harbors fungus gnats and shorefly larvae. With ZeroTol treatments there are no larvae, which means no adult pests spreading disease. ZeroTol can create a Pathogen-Free Station to treat all existing and incoming plants to eliminate disease contamination concerns. Fungicide treatments create sturdier, healthier plants. Healthy plants need less corrective treatments or fertilizer stimulus, which means reduced costs in overall production.
Soil Drench Treatment with TerraClean TerraClean eliminates serious root and stem diseases that plague a plant s root area such as Phytophthora. TerraClean will not harm roots. In fact, TerraClean provides oxygen as a bi-product which can help increase air to poor soil conditions such as compacted soils and plants that have been subjected to standing waters due to heavy rain. Drip Irrigation with TerraClean Drip irrigation with TerraClean is a simple application that reduces the potential for disease to spread through the crop creating an epidemic and severe plant loss. Disease can physically plug and spread unwanted problems to production sites all over your operation. TerraClean keeps drip tubes, drip tape, and inline emitters clean and free of water debris like bio-films and algae. Liverwort and Moss Control on Potted Plants with TerraCytePRO * TerraCytePRO kills moss and liverwort within hours to eliminate the problem swiftly. Our chemistry immediately increases oxygen, moisture, and nutrient flow to root zones that have been hampered by moss or liverwort. TerraCytePRO can be applied at all stages of plant production, from plugs to finish pots, without harming plants. Direct Injection A Time & Money Saver Our liquid products such as ZeroTol and TerraClean can be direct injected for these benefits: Injector is easily dialed up or down for desired rate making it easy to switch from low to high disease pressure control Increases plant vigor and reduces insect populations Helps oxygenate root systems for healthy propagation Low cost alternative to residual insecticides and fungicides for more information call us toll-free at *TerraCytePRO registration pending in California

Straight Talk from the PROS
Hard surface sanitation is a MUST Hard Surface Applications Floors, Walls, and Walkways with ZeroTol, GreenCleanPRO, or SaniDate 12.0 Cleaning floors and walkways eliminates algae, bacteria, and fungus stopping the cross contamination of disease throughout greenhouses and nurseries. Special attention should be paid to seed germination, soil bedding, and propagation areas to curb potential loss due to contamination of previous crops. Our liquid products, ZeroTol and SaniDate 12.0, can be sprayed or foamed onto floors and walls. Granular products such as GreenCleanPRO can be spread under benches and on floors to protect inside or outside. With BioSafe Systems products, there is no residue as found with chlorine use. As it reaches larger levels of concentration, chlorine use can be detrimental to plant production. A clean growing environment is the key to producing successful greenhouse and nursery crops. Growers need to eliminate disease and algae that adversely affect the crop health and harbor insects by cleaning the hard surfaces of structures and equipment. Proper sanitation practices put an end to safety issues from slip and-fall accidents that can occur on production floors. Pots and Trays with ZeroTol or SaniDate 12.0 Reusing pots and trays is economical, unless disease on old pots and trays infects and kills new stock. When planting or transplanting, using clean, disease-free pots and trays to guarantee healthy plants. ZeroTol and SaniDate 12.0 work on contact and are more environmentally sound and user friendly than conventional chlorine. BioSafe Systems products leave no residual while chlorine can linger in plastic or porous materials and be harmful to plants. Benches with ZeroTol or SaniDate 12.0 Plants are constantly being moved throughout greenhouse and nursery operations and many are rested on benches avoid cross contamination of healthy stock by routinely cleaning any benches, tables or counter areas. Clean operations produce healthy plants. With low or no disease pressure, crop production time decreases. Clean floors that are free of disease and algae are better from a cultural care stand point, as excess water accumulation is allowed to drain and evaporate. This reduces the amount of humidity that can breed more of the same disease problems. *In California, only SaniDate 12.0 is currently approved for the treatment of hard surfaces.
Equipment and Tools With ZeroTol or SaniDate 12.0 Any item pertaining to contact time before or during production, is a potential harbinger of disease to the crops. Cleaning tools and equipment such as clippers, buckets, and vehicle wheels reduces diseases such as Xanthomonas or Ralstonia that can spread quickly from equipment contact. Irrigation Lines Shock Treatment With ZeroTol or SaniDate 12.0 Removing biofilms from irrigation lines ensures that even water coverage is provided to all plants. Keep spray nozzles clean and eliminate clogs with ZeroTol or SaniDate Keep irrigation lines working effortlessly by keeping them continually clean. Regular use of ZeroTol or SaniDate 12.0 eliminates extra maintenance on storage tanks, filters, and injectors by reducing the need to scrub or brush. Stock Tank Clean Out With ZeroTol, SaniDate 12.0, or GreenCleanPRO To maintain a clean stock tank, a shock treatment is necessary to eliminate visible algae. Continual use will protect from algae growth and reduce the need to scrub, brush, or power wash. Our liquid and granular products are ideal for especially hard to reach stock tanks or ones that cannot be entered to clean. Not only will the products treat the stock tank, they will improve aeration and reduce stagnate water from developing which can be harmful to the crop. Evaporative Pads with ZeroTol Treating evaporative coolers with ZeroTol will eliminate algae, mold, and disease buildup in the troughs and the pads when used regularly. ZeroTol can be applied to all kinds of metal and will not harm the pads themselves. Apply at the end of production to clean lines, pads, return tanks, and water holding troughs that can collect algae, mold, and disease when not operating. Extend the life of your pads and equipment with regular ZeroTol applications. Clean pads will result in a 30% energy savings. Foot Mats With ZeroTol Utilizing foot mats in busy sections and at entrances of greenhouses and nurseries will help reduce the transfer of disease. It also puts employees in the mind set to use good sanitary techniques in all aspects of plant handling. Zerotol is properly labeled for this application. Regular checks need to be done to ensure there is enough active chemical to eliminate disease populations. for more information call us toll-free at

the Dangers of Diseased Water Water Treatment Applications Understanding how these applications can be used in your facilities will save time, reduce production costs, and allow you to grow healthy plants. For application rates, see our BioSafe Systems Rates & Usage Guide. Shock Treatment with ZeroTol or SaniDate 12.0 The first rule to incorporating either of these two products into your operations successfully is to start with a clean slate. Complete a shock treatment to the water delivery system. Starting with a shock treatment makes the subsequent treatments even more effective. Supplying young plants with contaminated water reduces the chance of healthy maturing. Plants irrigated with diseased water can result in spending huge amounts of money on fungicides. With neglected water supplies, emitters, sprinklers, and filters grow biofilms and algae plugs that disrupt even water distribution. Mist Propagation with ZeroTol ZeroTol eliminates algae and disease that is incubating with the crop due to excess humidity and poor air circulation. Mist propagating with ZeroTol decreases crop time by eliminating disease pressure, both on the foliage, and more importantly, on stems and roots. Using ZeroTol will stop outbreaks and contain disease. ZeroTol continually cleans fine mist nozzles, preventing plugging that causes non-uniform water application and increases oxygenation of root systems. Stored Water with SaniDate 12.0 Stored water can easily become a breeding ground for disease. SaniDate 12.0 treats large volumes of stored water and controls algae and pathogens economically. Cleaning the source water will guarantee that bio-films stay to a minimum, and that misters and sprinklers work efficiently. SaniDate 12.0 not only treats the water, it cleans empty tanks, prior to and at the end of, seasonal use to reduce startup problems. Increased disease pressure can lead to reduced productivity and longer production time.
Flood Floor Irrigation with SaniDate 12.0 Flood floor water is in constant contact with plant tissue, soil, and hard surfaces it can pick up disease from any of these surfaces and bring it back to the holding tank. Treat flood floor water with SaniDate 12.0; the constant application will keep algae, disease, and bio-solids under control. Shock tanks before production begins to eliminate lingering disease from the prior crop cycle. Recycled Water with ZeroTol or SaniDate 12.0 Using BioSafe Systems products in recycled water systems keeps equipment and return systems clean, preventing deadly disease outbreaks. Our products increase the amount of oxygen available to roots, ensuring faster production and encouraging root node development. Pond Water Irrigation with GreenCleanPRO or SaniDate 12.0 The activated peroxygen chemistry found in GreenCleanPRO and SaniDate 12.0 eliminates a broad spectrum of algae - floating, water column and string - and pathogens that can affect plant health. Water can be treated with GreenCleanPRO directly in the pond or lake. GreenCleanPRO aerates stagnate water and scum on the bottom of ponds, improving water quality. SaniDate 12.0 can be applied to water as it works into the irrigation system. Both products clean water and help clear irrigation lines, sprinklers, and emitters. Direct Injection A Time & Money Saver Our liquid products such as ZeroTol and SaniDate 12.0 can be direct injected for these benefits: Injector is easily dialed up or down for desired rate With the controlled dosing, there is more accurate application of product, which increases effectiveness and decreases overall cost No spilling or wasting product saves money and conserves materials Employees spend less time dealing with chemicals Constant use of either product ensures ongoing prevention of algae and disease for more information call us toll-free at
