2 Full Scale Demonstration Projects (FSDPs) Objective: Demonstrate the technical reliability and economic viability of proven European cogeneration technology to ASEAN end-users 33 proposals from 7 countries 24 FSDP Candidates selected Capacity: MW (Total: 174 MW) Total Amount of EC support: 8.6 mill. EURO Total Investment: 209 mill. EURO 13 projects are expected to be implemented by end of of 2

5 Support to FSDP 1% of eligible equipment cost Ceiling at 400,000 Euro Support for training, monitoring and advertising Advisory services in technical and financial aspects of 2
6 Eligible Costs Cost for equipment relevant for cogeneration systems (can include equipment such as boiler, heat recovery steam generator, gasturbine, steam-turbine, gas-engine, including engineering, shipment, equipment assembly, function tests and equipment commissioning) The equipment must be supplied by a European Union (EU) cogeneration equipment supplier. Only new equipment is eligible for financial contribution. 6of 2
7 Obligations of the End-Users and Equipment Suppliers Allow public access to the cogeneration plant for the FSDP to act as a showcase in ASEAN for potential end-users and investors to select similar technology. Allow monitoring of the performance of the plant, and allow dissemination of the results of the monitoring campaign. 7of 2
