21 Further European Demonstrators SPORTS ARENA in GERMANY Heating, Ventilation, Cooling BMS & Metering Data Management Heating: 2 boiler system with 1,2 MW each, Ventilation: m³ aeration and deareation, including heat-recovery system; pressure ventilation for the stairways etc. Cooling: 2 water chillers ( kw), 300 kw for cooling of VIP-lounges; 30 split-units for comms- and TV-presenter-rooms HSG Zander takes over the technical management of the whole site The BMS-system is Sauter MSR with 4,300 data points. Data management is covered by the CAFM-Software Navision; HSG Arena page 21
22 Further European Demonstrators INDOOR SPORTS COMPLEX in SPAIN Valladolid Arena Heating, Ventilation, Cooling, lighting BMS Metering HVAC: two gas boilers, 1000 kw and 1700 kw of power. heat pumps and 156 flat plate solar collectors (327,6m2) to support pre-heating. Lighting: Without zoned control through presence detection sensors. Gym: 20+ air heater & fan coils, DHW in bath rooms limiting valves with timer. Swimming pool 1 AHU and 2 air to air heat pumps (dehumidification pool area), forced ventilation in changing and instructor rooms. Offices: the HVAC system with radiators, AC through air to air mono-blocks. Kieback&Peter automation systems. (BACnet standard), making available in easy way the connection to the controllers and gathering data. There are no individual room thermostats, neither automated lighting. Electrical and gas meters solar thermal production and use is measured. page 22
