5 Local Marginal Pricing, Base 2015 Marginal Pricing (PMg) Percentile It is expected that those nodes where the index value (Marginal Pricing, Base 2015) is located above the 65th percentile, CENACE could provide incentives to generate clean energy on those nodes (congestion). Conversely, in those nodes below the 35th percentile, generator could not have incentives to generate, regardless of the technology proposed.
