Current practices of industrial, agricultural, and urban water consumption and management are not sustainable. INTRODUCING OUR REVOLUTIONARY NEW INTELLIGENT CONTROLS - INTELLIFLUX WHAT IS INTELLIFLUX? IntelliFlux automated, self-adaptive process controls were developed to optimize the performance of filtration systems in the most challenging applications. When filter influent conditions change, IntelliFlux adapts and adjusts filtration conditions in real-time to ensure stable system performance with maximum water recovery, process uptime and filter media useful life. IntelliFlux is platform agnostic and can be used to control MF, UF, NF and RO membranes ceramic and polymetric as well as virtually any other filtration media that requires periodic backwashing, cleaning or regeneration. We have made it our mission to develop innovative technology with the power to transform the relationship that industry, agriculture and people have with water. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF INTELLIFLUX? WHAT TYPES OF FILTERS CAN BE CONTROLLED BY INTELLIFLUX? During periods of increased solids loading, IntelliFlux accelerates flux maintenance actions, thereby maintaining the target treated water throughput while protecting membranes from becoming fouled to quickly or filter media from being overloaded and passing critical contaminants. During periods of reduced solids loading, the system spreads out flux maintenance actions, maximizing water recovery while minimizing chemical consumption and process downtime. Originally developed to enable reliable membrane filtration of oil & gas produced water, IntelliFlux works with any filtration process that requires flux maintenance via backwashing, cleaning or media regeneration. IntelliFlux works with both ceramic and polymeric membranes of all types, including MF, UF, NF and RO. IntelliFlux can also be adapted for use with screen, cartridge, bag and rotary filters as well as sand, walnut shells, activated carbon, and ion exchange media filters.
3 OUR SOLUTIONS CERAMIC MF/UF SYSTEMS Water Planet s ceramic membrane systems powered by IntelliFlux offer the Water Planet s membrane filtration systems powered by IntelliFlux offer efficient hydraulic designs, robust membrane materials and integrated pre-treatment needed to deliver better performance, less energy demand and lower operating costs than our competition. Through our network of global OEM and engineering partners we are able to offer a wide range of pre-packaged and custom-engineered water treatment solutions. industry s most efficient hydraulic design and robust mixed metal-oxide ceramic membranes with pore sizes from 200 nm down to 5 nm. Membrane systems can be delivered to treat oily wastewaters, filter high-temperature process streams, and to recycle industrial effluents. Pre-packaged Core Membrane Units (CMUs) are designed to operate continuously at 75 gallons per minute (17 cubic meters per hour 2500 barrels per day) and up to 85 degrees C (170 degrees F) with influents up to 2,000 ppm oil and 1,000 ppm solids. Due to its robust design and IntelliFlux controls, the system can handle periodic spikes in influent solids and oil. IMS-5000 PRODUCED WATER TREATMENT SOLUTION Water Planet s award winning IMS-5000 Produced Water Treatment Solution powered by IntelliFlux is an integrated system comprising ceramic ultrafiltration membranes to eliminate oil and suspended solids and up front mechanical oil-water separation to capture and dewater free oil. The IMS-5000 is designed to operate continuously at 150 gallons per minute (34 cubic meters per hour 5000 barrels per day) and up to 85 degrees C (170 degrees F) with influents up to 2% oil and 0.5% solids. Due to its robust design and IntelliFlux controls, the system can handle the inevitable spikes in concentration typical in upstream production. POLYMERIC UF/NF/RO SYSTEMS Conventional Operation IntelliFluxTM Water Planet offers pre-packaged and custom-engineered polymeric UF, NF and RO membrane systems for advanced water filtration, polishing and desalination. Membranes systems can be delivered to desalt seawater and brackish groundwater, to selectively remove divalent ions, hardness and metals, or to remove suspended silt, oil, bacteria and chemicals to very low levels. Pre-packaged systems are designed to operate continuously up to 45 degrees C (90 degrees F) with total dissolved concentrations up to 40,000 ppm. Customized solutions are also available. Due to our robust designs, Startup with fixed conditions and observe sustainable flux drop, then switch on IntelliFlux and recover lost flux due to membrane fouling. GenairClean microbubble cleaning technology, and IntelliFlux controls, Water Planet s polymeric UF/NF/RO systems deliver high water flux and recovery, long membrane useful life and low operating cost.
