PACKAGED SEW AGE TREATMENT PLANT AGUAPURO also offers Packaged Sewage Treatment Plant, easyto-install, prefabricated solution, outstanding performance and efficiency. Package system includes the tanks of different types of MOC like MSEP, MS-FRP and Zn Al etc. MSEP/ MSFRP TANKS Aguapuro offers Mild steel tanks with Epoxy paint and FRP lining are very efficient. Some of the features are as follow: All-in-one single tank packaged sewage treatment plant. Modular design Compact and simple to operate Minimal maintenance No corrosive components Advantages Minimal land usage Easy to install, monitor and relocate.
EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT I ndustrial w astew ater treatm ent covers the mechanisms and processes used to treat waters that have been contaminated in some way by anthropogenic industrial or commercial activities prior to its release into the environment or its re-use. Recycle and reuse of wastewater becomes profitable now-a-days in deteriorating environment of water scarceness. Membrane separation processes like Reverse osmosis, ultra-filtration systems make this possible for industries keen on resource optimization. AGUAPURO also provides effluent treatment solutions for various types of industrial waste water. Customized systems to suit the wide variety of effluents and to maintain efficiency are provided to industries zero discharge systems based on Physico-Chemical
and Biological treatments and solid-liquid Separation is offered to suit efficiency. We provide innovative and economical systems for waste from industries like chemicals, drugs, pharmaceutical, refineries, ready mix plants & textile etc. AGUAPURO offers the treatment schemes with following mechanism; Prim ary treatm ent: Includes removal of floatable mattergrit-oil& grease, chemical treatment (coagulation, flocculation, and neutralization) and solid-liquid separation for removal of suspended solids. Secondary Treatment: Includes biological treatment for reduction of BOD/COD and solid-liquid separation. Biological treatment can be aerobic or anaerobic depends on quality of raw effluent. Aerobic- ASP (Activated Sludge Process), MBBR/FAB (Moving Bed Bioreactor/ Fluidized Aerated Bioreactor), SAFF (Submerged Aerated Fixed Film Bioreactor), MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) Anaerobic- UASB (Up-flow anaerobic Sludge Blanket Reactor) Tertiary treatm ent: Sand and carbon filtration for removal of suspended solids and inorganic material. Zero Liquid Discharge: Ultra-filtration and Reverse Osmosis for removal of dissolved solids and other impurities.
Treatment schemes we offer for different type of industries: 1. Scheme 1 a. Primary Treatment Equalization: To equalize the effluent Coagulation and Flocculation: Chemical dosing for removal of high suspended solids b. Secondary Treatment Aerobic system with Extended Aeration/ SAFF / MBBR/MBR: for removal of COD and BOD. c. Tertiary Treatment Disinfection Disinfection. Sand filter Carbon filter impurities. Hypo chlorite dosing/uv sterilizer/ozonator for Removal of Suspended solids. Removal of colour, odor and other inorganic Above treatment scheme is applicable for following Industries: Pulp and pepper industries Textile and Dying units
Fertilizer industries Automobile industries Cement industries
2. Scheme 2 a. Primary Treatment Coagulation and Flocculation: Chemical dosing for removal of high suspended solids d. Secondary Treatment Anaerobic system for removal of COD and BOD. e. Tertiary Treatment Filtration - Sand filter Removal of Suspended solids, Carbon filter Removal of colour, odor and other inorganic impurities. Above treatment scheme is applicable for following Industries: Dairy industries Food industries Breweries industries Slaughter House Cold Storage
3. Scheme 3 a. Primary Treatment Equalization: To equalize the effluent b. Tertiary Treatment Filtration & Softening - Removal of Suspended solids and hardness of water. Above treatment scheme is applicable for following Industries: Automobile Servicing industries
4. Scheme 4 f. Primary Treatment Coagulation and Flocculation: Chemical dosing for removal of high suspended solids g. Secondary Treatment Solid Liquid Separation h. Tertiary Treatment Sand filter Removal of Suspended solids. Carbon filter Removal of colour, odor and other inorganic impurities. Above treatment scheme is applicable for following Industries: Metal industries
5. Scheme 5 a. Primary Treatment Equalization and Neutralization: To equalize and Neutralize the effluent. b. Tertiary Treatment Sand filter Carbon filter impurities. Removal of Suspended solids. Removal of colour, odor and other inorganic Above treatment scheme is applicable for following Industries: Electroplating industries
6. Scheme 6 ZERO LIQUID DISCHARGE Above all scheme along with the Ultra filtration and osmosis zero Liquid Discharge can be achieve. Reverse Note: Exact Treatment scheme depends on quality of Raw Effluent.
OZONATOR Ozone is a powerful oxidizing agent and safer in use in comparison with other oxidizing agents. Ozone is generated on site by ozonator and engineering has designed ozonator specially for ETP, STP. Ozone is a highly reactive form of oxygen, capable of converting organic molecules to water and carbon dioxide. This is called mineralization. Ozone will also react with heavy metals such as iron, and manganese to form precipitates which are easily filterable. ph has been found to increase very slightly because of ozonation. This is probably the affect of carbon dioxide being driven out of the solution by the gas feed in the ozone contactor. As Ozonator used highly in waste water treatment for disinfection purpose, it can be used in the post treatment of ETP and STP and also in grey water plants. Waste Water Treatment Ozone is effective against a large variety of water treatment problems. In general, the more problems in the water to be treated with ozone, the less an ozonation system costs when compared to other traditional treatment methods.
When comparing the ECONOMIES cost of an ozonation system with other treatment systems there are some key factors to consider; here are a few: There is no need to purchase, ship or store chemical oxidants or disinfectants There is no labor for handling. Many health and safety concerns are reduced or eliminated.
The advantages of ozonation include: 1. Eliminates odors 2. Reduces oxygen demanding matter, turbidity and surfactants 3. Removes most colors, phenolics and cyanides 4. Increases dissolved oxygen 5. Production of no significant toxic side products 6. Increases suspended solids reduction 7. Can be used for disinfection purpose
