1 Zakia Elvang - Managing Partner Master of Science in Public Administration Zakia is a thought leader and strategic advisor in the areas of organizational change, democratic involvement and participatory models. 2 David Karstensen, Partner Anthropologist and Master in Business Innovation David holds more than 10 years of professional experience as consultant and advisor to public and private organizations. David combines an anthropological field-study perspective, with a strong business oriented approach, when driving or facilitating change processes for national or international clients. David serves as advisor and trainer for several national and international clients, driving change processes through project management and leadership as well facilitation and facilitative leadership. Key to his approach is using real strategic business challenges as learning objects that will serve as collaborative, action learning platforms for developing the skills, methods and mindset that build the internal capacity to sustain change and strategic impact. David takes a customer or user perspective as point of departure for any organizational change. Nille s professional combination of global and local working arenas has provided her with a personal, comprehensive approach to strategy, development and cross-cultural change processes. Nille is one of Denmark's sharpest process designers, and often serves as advisor for external facilitators and change agents as they design their own change processes. She works as a strategic advisor and driver of large-scale change processes in NGO s, local communities and global companies, all with a focus on sustainable growth. An essential component in Nille s approach to changing change, is her strong practical and theoretical eye for handling change resilience on both organizational and individual levels. 4 Kamille Thoregaard - Senior consultant and Learning & Development Manager Master of Arts in Sociology, Communications and Development Studies Kamille has 5 years of experience as a trainer, facilitator and project manager, primarily in the public sector. Kamille's particular focus in the change process is creating a sense of meaning and ownership at all levels in the organization. Kamille works with the development of strategic competencies as an integral part of creating sustainable change. She is particularly skilled in the design and facilitation of learning and development programs that changes culture by creating new behavior - always with an element of visual support in her process design. 5 Talita Elvang, Consultant Master of Arts in Psychology and Communications Talita is an experienced consultant within project management, community involvement and political processes, primarily in the social, cultural and educational sector, always with high involvement of stakeholders through carefully planned activities and targeted communication, both internally and externally. Talita s primary focus is on driving and helping projects in socially and culturally challenged areas and communities. She is experienced in, and has a passion for working with change projects and problems that are delicate and hard to change. Important components in Talita s engagement in change processes are community involvement and project management, always focusing on creating a strong sense of local ownership to the processes and projects. 6 Peter Maxsø - Senior Consultant Senior Consultant specialized in management development and facilitation For the past thirteen years Peter has worked as a consultant specializing in facilitation, leadership training, Human Resource Management and organizational development. During this time Peter has trained, counseled and coached thousands of people in both the private and public sector. Before Peter became a part of, he founded and managed the companies Trivselskompagniet and Johansen & Maxsø. Peter s big passion is facilitation, leadership training and talent management. Whether it is facilitating large-scale change, such as Strategy processes and Corporate Value Programs, or single events such as seminars, conferences and workshops, Peter is always deeply engaged in combining perfect process with outstanding results. For several years he taught at his own school for leaders called Natural Leadership based on the modules: Leadership in theory, The Personal Leadership, The Facilitative Leadership and Leadership into practice. He has developed a number of entrepreneurial projects with a focus on providing leadership training online. These initiatives began in 2011 and 2012 with LedelsesTV (ledelsestv.dk), culminating in his work as the co-founder of the online forum HIPI (hipi.dk). 8 Nicholas Krøyer Blok - Consultant Marketing Economist and KaosPilot Nicholas is an experienced consultant within project management, process facilitation and business development. He primarily works with sustainability in the public and private sectors and engages stakeholders in a charismatic and professional manner. Nicholas supports businesses and authorities in understanding and implementing social and environmental sustainability as a benefit for their economy. His primary focus is on the circular economy as a tool to drive the sustainability transformation and he uses positive reinforcement and actual cases to showcase what is possible to achieve. His approach to change processes is a strong engagement and shared dialogue with a rigorous planning and room for fun.
