5 Strategic orientation of the Employer Service Within the framework of the BA 2020 strategy, the Employer Service is realigning its services to the market: Priority is given to actively acquiring vacancies in line with the supply of candidates The offered services are oriented towards demand Closer cooperation with the candidate-oriented placement-teams Labour market counselling: recruitment, development and retention of personnel Orientation towards different needs of: small and medium-sized enterprises with up to 249 employees large enterprises temporary work agencies Seite 5
