6 FOCUS Task Card Goals 6 To further reduce site incidents and to create a fully engaged workforce health and safety culture. To drive down, from the project management to the workers, the importance of understanding the risks involved with the work they are about to perform. To provide continuous feedback from the crew to the design teams so that future work can be planned, designed and executed on site in the safest manner practicable.

7 How are these goals achieved? 7 Prior to every shift, every crew on every site meets for 5-10 minutes to: 1. State the tasks they are about to perform 2. Identify the risks 3. Identify the control measures
