1 HR Navigation Quick Reference Guide PeopleSoft 9.1 5/23/2014
2 You can access PeopleSoft from the Oxy Intranet page by selecting OxyLink under Top Sites or by typing oxylink.oxy.com in your browser. Once you log in to PeopleSoft, click on Human Resources Administration from the Menu (on the left side of the screen) to access the information you are looking for. Search for ALL Oxy Contingent Workers & Employees: Navigation: Main Menu>Human Resources Administration>Employee Data>Search for CWR & EMP You can conduct a search for all contingent workers and employees (active and/or inactive) across the entire organization, regardless of your security access in PeopleSoft. View History Some pages show historical information, which can be viewed by selecting the appropriate navigation buttons: Click on the Search page or when viewing the current record to see history, if available. The blue bar at the top of the region displays the number of effective dated rows. Click to see all effective dated rows at once (if available). Click or to go to the previous or next dated row, or (most recent row) or. The tables on the following pages provide a cheat sheet for HR PeopleSoft 9.1 navigation. The left column lists, in alphabetical order, commonly used fields in PeopleSoft. The right column shows you where to locate the information. Page 1 of 17
