2 The main strength of Lodz are relatively low rental rates and a large number of graduates Lodz office buildings are located near the city center, but do not form a single coherent business zone, as it is in Warsaw or Tricity. Office stock in Lodz is largely dominated by the class B office buildings. Attractive lease terms and the large number of graduates are the main advantages of the Lodz office market, especially for tenants from the BPO and SSC services sector. In addition to the currently constructed class A buildings, Lodz has a significant amount of postindustrial buildings which can be adapted to office buildings.
