Participants will know how to connect with organizations through which they can advance their advocacy goals. Participants will know how to identify and track legislation relevant to social justice movements in which they have interest. Participants will know how to build relationships with their representatives in the US and Ohio legislatures.

7 Action by a health professional to promote those social, economic, educational, and political changes that ameliorate the suffering and threats to human health and well-being that he or she identifies through his or her professional work expertise.
8 All you really need is: 1. personal experience (you) how X impacts you and your patients; 2. factual information to back up your personal story and professional expertise (organization) 3. knowledge of who the key decision-makers are and what is most likely to influence them (organization)
