2 Our offer for you: This is the training program of AD Leadership Consulting which grew with an extensive experience and know how over years. Our passion and competency is to inspire and support leaders, executives and teams to identify and develop their and use it in the business sense of their company. It is based on deep motives, competencies, preferences and passions. The process was defined for different target groups depending on their needs and their level of career. Our training program is structured into three sections: Individuals (employees, leaders and executives) Teams Companies Additionally we offer trainings and accreditations for coaches, consultants and HR professionals.
