21 Goal of the Crop/Country Working Groups: Agree on a joint approach for action: a collaborative program (new or existing) that tackles the most crucial juice value chain issues for that particular country-crop combination 21

22 Working Group Kick off: Brazil-Orange Juice Value Chain Identify priority issues & opportunities Review & assess existing initiatives Map key stakeholders Agree actions to address priority issues & opportunities Specify accountabilities, desired outcomes, & timeframe - WG members commit to 2-3 physical meetings and 4-6 conference calls a year - Working Group to document existing information on Steps 1-3 and then address Step 4. - For this, a Template and Work Plan will be developed for use by the Working Group. - Working Group Leaders: Klaus Heitlinger (VdF) and Jenny Edwards (SAI Platform), Deputy Leader - Physical WG Meeting scheduled for 20 November
