8 Our pricing Affordable, clear and transparent We know how important it is to keep your costs manageable and to help you manage your budgets, so we are flexible in how we offer our services, and always try to agree a fixed fee in advance where possible. For example we can provide: Fixed price retained HR support: provision of HR advice and support on a regular basis whereby you pay a fixed fee each month. From VAT per month. smaller employers who don t have an HR person on site and like to budget HR costs. Fixed price retained employment law support: provision of legal Employment advice and support on a regular basis whereby you pay a fixed fee each month. From VAT per month. larger employers who have their own HR team and like to budget for their legal costs. Pay as you go support: provision of ad hoc advice and support for legal employment advice or HR advice whereby you just pay for the support when you use it. HR project support: provision of HR support to assist with a particular project or for interim cover. This work is generally carried out on a fixed fee basis agreed with you in advance. Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) visa applications: Stage 1: application advice - 1,500 + VAT; Stage 2: audit and submission of visa application and document evidence 1,500-2,000 + VAT. Tier 2 (general) visa applications: Stage 1: application advice - 1,500 + VAT; Stage 2: resident labour market test (the mandatory advertising methods to advertise a job vacancy before it can be awarded to a foreign migrant) VAT; Stage 3: advice on applying for a Restricted Certificate of Sponsorship VAT; Stage 4: audit and submission of visa application and supporting document evidence 1,500 + VAT. Sponsor Licence applications: Stage 1: application advice - 1,500 + VAT; Stage 2: audit and submission of Licence application and company document evidence 1,500-2,000 + VAT. Sponsor Licence document compliance and staff record audits: 1,500-2,500 + VAT for a 12 month service, depending on the headcount in your business. Right to Work in the UK employee audits: 1,000-2,500 + VAT depending on the headcount in your business. Concerns about illegal workers and advice on the appropriate employment termination process: VAT. Administrate review applications and appeals to the Immigration and Asylum First Tier Appeal Tribunal: 1,500-3,000 + VAT depending on the complexity of the issue.
