LABOUR EMPLOYMENT TRAINING AND FACTORIES (Lab. I) DEPARTMENT G.O.MS.No. 18 Dated: Read the followg:- 1.D.O.Letter. No. 1689/P&I/A1/2015, dated: & of the Secretary, Industries Department. 2.From the Commissioner of Labour Letter.No. I/2465/15, Dt: O R D E R: ***** Whereas, the Andhra Pradesh (Issuance of Integrated Registration and Furnishg of Combed Returns under various Labour Laws by certa ments) Act, 2015 (Act No. 10 of 2015) has been enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh facilitatg ease of dog busess and ease of compliance of Labour Laws specified the First Schedule of the said Act, by the dustry and the said Act 10 of 2015 came to force with effect from 23 rd April, 2015; 2. And whereas, the Department for Industrial Promotion (DIPP), Government of India made certa recommendations and out of the said recommendations, one of the recommendation is to facilitate onle furnishg of combed return under Labour Laws; 3. And whereas, pursuance of the said recommendations, the Commissioner of Labour, Andhra Pradesh has proposed to amend Form - B suitably to mandatg onle submission of combed Return under the Labour Laws specified the Schedule; 4. And whereas, the State Government, after takg to consideration of the said recommendations, have felt expedient to amend the Form- B given the Second Schedule to the said Act, suitably. 5. Accordgly, the followg Notification will be published the Extraordary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. 6. The Commissioner, Prtg, Stationary and Stores Purchase, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada is requested to furnish 100 copies of the Notification to the Government and 25 copies to the Commissioner of Labour, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada. NOTIFICATION In exercise of powers conferred under section 6 of the Andhra Pradesh (Issuance of Integrated Registration and Furnishg of Combed Returns under various Labour Laws by certa ments) Act, 2015 (Act, No 10 of 2015), the Government hereby amend the Form B the Second Schedule of the said Act as follows: (P.T.O)

In the case the formation furnished above is found to be false, misrepresented or suppressed any material formation or evaded to furnish the formation, I/we are liable for prosecution as per law besides cancellation of the registration /license granted.
