14 Investment 2014 Highlights 1. Finalized a revision to the Investment Policy Statement to permit more alternative investments in the portfolio 2. Completed a 4-5 transactions during the year in order to rebalance the portfolio holdings 3. Achieved a total return of 5.9% ( %) vs. Budget of 4.5%

Conclude on whether a method exists for Provincial Associations to invest in the Golf Canada portfolio 3. Annual review of Golf Canada s portfolio holdings and Investment Policy Statement

32 Membership 2014 Highlights 1. In 2014 the membership committee was actively engaged in the development of the new membership model, providing feedback to staff on benefits and development as well as monitoring engagement of the provincial associations. 2. The Membership Committee monitored the activities in the two pilots taking place: Prince Edward IslandGolf Fun program The information gathered from both of these has influenced our model development.

Metrics # taken Level 1 and 2; # of Level 3 and 4 certified officials; # of inquiries on Ask an Expert 4. Championships # of championships; # of officials provided 5. Processed 76 amateur reinstatements (48 one year PAR, 28 two year PAR);

This has led to a committee that will enable, support and recognize the role of the volunteer at Golf Canada.
