CORPORATE PROFILE 2014

CONTENTS 03 Message from our CEO 04 Corporate Profile 06 Experience 14 Management Framework MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO Infinity-Pacific is now celebrating its 15th year in business as a full phase forest management consultant a significant milestone as the forest sector continues to climb out of a decade long slump. As we continue to expand our company profile and develop a wider breadth of services for our clients, it s gratifying to see that the many years of focus put on the core business of forest and road development has provided a solid foundation for Infinity- Pacific today. Experienced, professional, consistent, safe and client aware, are all words that I believe best describe who we are and why our reputation as one of the go-to forest management company s on the coast continues to grow each year. CONTACT Abbotsford Main Office: Unit Progressive Way Abbotsford, BC V2T 6Z1 Abbotsford: ext 103 (Mike Petrie) Haida Gwaii: As world markets continue to improve and reshape British Columbia s forest opportunities, I feel our team is well positioned to assist forest license holders with the experience necessary to understand and adapt their operations to best suit their bottom line. I m proud to be a part of this group and look forward to the opportunity of leading it on the next phase of the journey! Sincerely, Mike Petrie 3

CORPORATE PROFILE PROFILE, HISTORY & APPROACH Our approach can be simply summarized as follows: (EXPERIENCE x PMBOK) CONSISTENT (VALUE + QUALITY) Infinity-Pacific Stewardship Group is a land and resource management consultant based in Abbotsford, British Columbia providing forestry consulting services to private industry, First Nations governments, provincial PLANNING crown corporations, and municipal governments. The experience profile of our 25 staff members is rooted in beautiful coastal British Columbia, but we have performed consulting services in the US Southeast (Georgia/Florida) as well as Indonesia. Key milestones in the development of Infinity-Pacific Stewardship Group were the incorporation of Pacific Forest Consulting in 1999 and the merger with its long-time partner Infinity Resource Consulting in Entering our 15th year in operation is another milestone achievement for INITIATING PMBOK PROCESSES CONTROLLING EXECUTING & which Infinity-Pacific is proud, given the various structural and market changes in the coastal British Columbia forest industry since the late 1990s. Our persistence weathering these changes has gained us a reputation of providing consistent quality and valued consulting services within the coastal British Columbia forest sector. We are able to CLOSING provide this value and service offer consistently by applying a very simple concept: the integration of experience within a rigid Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). 5

Experience SERVICE AREAS 1 Total Resource Planning Infinity-Pacific s client profile is varied, consisting of blue chip publicly traded organizations, governments (Provincial, First Nation, and Municipal), non-profit societies, woodlots, and small private landowners. As such, our clients service needs vary and we are well equipped, flexible, and experienced in servicing a wide range of client profiles. Our staff is comprised of highly experienced field and office staff including lead field planners and management averaging 9.6 years experience, field support staff averaging 3.1 years experience, and office program managers averaging 14 years experience. As a corporation we have planned and permitted an excess of 3 million cubic metres of timber, which have been harvested for BCTS, Industry and First Nation clients in the Chilliwack, Squamish, Haida Gwaii, Seaward-Tlasta, and Campbell River forest districts. Total Resource Planning is an assessment at the landscape level regarding the viability of timber development while considering various management and stewardship objectives. These include: First Nation/Indigenous values; timber inventory and profile; timber valuation and project pro-forma preparation (economic chance analysis); access, supply-chain, and regeneration costs; and including but not limited to soil, biodiversity, riparian, water quality, and fisheries values. Core Services Quite simply we are not trying to provide every service for everyone. We focus on what we do well and deliver consistently. What we do well is what is traditionally known as forest engineering (forest planning at the landscape level and at the cutblock/stand level). We undertake a number of additional services in order to efficiently deliver value for our clients and are comfortable billing on a day rate basis as well as a $/m3 basis. Our core services are: TRP Overview Map 7

Experience 2 Operational Planning Approximately 80% of our corporate revenue is derived by determining what, where, and how our clients will realize a return on their timber asset. This means preparing a detailed Operational Plan and all its associated assessments. This includes, but is not limited to: road layout and design; harvest cutblock layout and design utilizing equipment such as the Trimble GeoXT 6000 (GNSS) which has sub metre accuracy to precisely locate features; timber valuations including cruising with call grade/net factoring; bridge site plans and design; road reactivation/deactivation plans; geotechnical assessments; visual quality assessments.
