14 Project Overview Corporate HR is undertaking the much-needed replacement of the Infinium HR system (20+ years old) with a cloud-based Oracle solution. This project will update the underlying human capital management (HCM) system, which is currently antiquated, very customized, and difficult to interface with other systems.
